I am a massive tennis fan and have been following it for years and want to take the plunge and start to play (ive never picked up a racket!) for both social and health benefits. Im living in the Limerick / Kerry / North Cork region and have found all the club websites to lack in much information. No mention anywhere of any kind of group lessons for adults and i dont really feel the need for one on one lessons. I dont want to commit to any clubs without giving it a good go first. Would love to find a class or group of other beginners if possible. If anyone has any advice or information or where i might find group lessons, it would be greatly appreciated.

I did find the Kerry Tennis Academy website which offers 10 weeks of classes of up to 4 to 6 people for around €120. Anyone know if its any good?

I would have thought that you would have to be a member first before you can sign up for coaching lessons offered by a club?
