    Hi folks,

In the last few months Ive really worked on cleaning up my diet. And its been going great. Only issue is Ive lost size around my waist. I was never big - 32 in waist, and still weigh the same - 11st. But my clothes are falling off me!

How can I put back on some size around my waist and body without it being fat?

Small waist all the way, most people are trying to reduce waist size, not bring it back up. A smaller waist is aesthetically more pleasing as it creates V-taper in the back and shoulder, and with a solid pair of legs finishes off that X-frame that is depicted as being more masculine.

Thanks gymsoldier. Guess Im gona have to bite the bullet and get more jeans that fit. At least I can see the difference diet can make to the body. Wont be hitting weights until after my Black Belt in June but will try and do some more Creossfit with a lighter weight.

Could you not just wear a belt?
