Inisboffin Half Marathon

Hi, I'm running the Inisboffin half marathonthis year. Can anyone tell me how hilly the course is? Is it a tough course? This is my first half marathon. I have put in the training for it but just a bit worried about how hilly it is. Think I better start to include more hill work over the next few weeks. Thanks.

A good place to find race profiles is Garmin Connect. Here's one from that race last year (assuming the course is much the same). It looks like it's a bit up and down all right, but not too bad. I've never run there, but spent a weekend out there last Summer. Really nice place.
