Quick one on lunch entitlements

    Hey folks

    Just looking for a quick pointer, I was checkign online and found here that retail employees are entitled to a hours lunch if they work between 11:30am & 2:30pm, according to the site it's under "The organisation of working time act 1997", I've read through the act but can't fidn any reference to it.

    Don't suppose anyone knows where abouts in the act it is?
