    And how come? Women are the most selfish and uncaring of the two sexes but nursing has always been associated with women, it's strange!

    Hot Lips is gonna lock it. You don't remake a thread without the mod's permission, plus she told him in the other topic she'd unlock it if he explained.

    Meh, I suppose it's because she's mostly active in the night/morning and people think they can post more sh*t and get away with it since normally most mods aren't on at 3:30am.

    In fairness, you're just meant to PM her/a mod if you've a problem rather than question her in the thread.
    Though if she does get paid... I think I might marry her and create several thousand threads she can lock and we'll be rich. :pac:

    Tbh I deal with nurses a lot and I can't stand how they become hardened to the problems of elderly people. I've watched it for years, old people being ignored or treated like children and condescended to.

    I think they should be required to take additional ongoing training to deal specifically with this issue. Whether it be psychology/social science or otherwise.

    I'm not elderly but I'm speaking from a lot of observational experience. I think the standard of nursing is quite poor in this country.

    - if you pm any mod it will fall on deaf ears and if you post in the forum about issues with mods it will fall on further deaf ears.
    - and it being the night is just an excuse for excessive modding. People being drunk / late night antics isnt always the case.
    - i expect my posts to be removed from this thread too because you cant say anything bad about moderators without being seen as a troll.

    Really? I was banned here for saying "bitch" as a verb "to bitch about X". One of the mods thought I was calling the person a bitch and a few hours later it was all sorted out and I was able to post here agani.
    It doesn't fall on deaf ears at all.

    I was merely pointing out that since Hot Lips is mostly active at night and the other mods aren't, she obviously would mod more than them.

    So, no facts, just a duplicate thread of the one I closed and merged.
