Cleaning facade coloured render

My house was constructed about 4 years ago and the outside and garden walls have a light yellow coloured render. The north facing side is getting large areas of green mould growth while the south and west are getting really grubby from rain with black steaks. Is there any successful way to clean this? Is there any successful way to clean this?

I have tried powerWashing the garden Walls but this wasn't great. I also used a chemical cleaner on the green areas but this caused bleaching and colour loss.
Has anyone found a good product that can clean without causing damage?
