its 9.30pm on a friday night and i have just gone to bed for the night as i am absolutely shattered....am currently doing resistance workout 3 days a week and cardio sessions 3 days a week with 1 rest day every week. would be up at 6am every weekday morning as i like ta hit the gym before work which means i hit the sack at 10pm each night to allow me to get 8 good hours sleep - which i need and more if i could get it.

does anyone else be wrecked from working out - any suggestions people......?

That seems like OK enough sleep, what's the diet like? How long have you been doing this routine?

Take a few days off maybe? If that doesn't make you feel any better, consider getting your bloods done by the doc.

youre training 6 nights a week-course youre going to be wrecked, thats up there with pro athletes and they dont have to go to work afterwards.
For 1 week do 3 sessions instead of 6 and take note of any performance changes-if your lifts go up, endurance improves etc
