How much in labour should ball joints and track rod ends cost on a corolla if parts are supplied?

Which ball joints? - how long will it take?

It will also require tracking after all that is done regardless.

Where is the garage? ie how much do they have to pay in rates? (the only cost that has gone up in the recession...) or is it being done at the side of a house?

    More info needed...

Depending on the condition of the balljoints you should allow in the region of 1-2 hours + alignment.

The actual cost of labour depends on the garage/mechanic doing the job.

Why would you need to know rates
Surely the mechanics hourly rate is all that matters.
Which is a hypothetical 60 per hour in this case. I am trying to figure how much i might have saved by doing them myself.
How many balljoints does a corolla have? I mean the front suspension ones.
