Danone Cup??

Has anyone heard of this cup, my lads u10 team qualified out of Donegal for this last June/July, this Danone cup is supposed to be on now next month in Sligo. Don't know anything about it, is it just a regional event or do teams qualify out of Sligo too and go on to a national event.
