ok, where to start, a few weeks ago, kids wouldnt get out of the way while my parents were driving through their estate. finally did, and hit the car with their hands. Kids are between 6-9, i'd throttle them myself but i would be charged. Really started as a falling out between my parents and a neighbour, same neighbour has young kids, along with other kids are doing this. So my question is what are my options? reasoning with said neighbour is out of the question. Parents are old and don't deserve this.
    Any experiences of this yourselves?

Local garda station is your only option. Explain in particular that you can identify who the kids are and that your parents are elderly.
