Muscle Building Plan

    Hey lads,

Can anyone recommend a 2 month/ 10 week plan to add size and muscle.
I have gone a bit crazy on calorie counting recently and I have lost muscle mass. At the moment I am at 65kg for 5.8.

Im going on RTW solo travel for year in 10 weeks and want to get back some muscle. I know my diet needs to improve in terms of amounts I eat. I currently do 4 day splits and play lots of soccer so I need help in putting together a plan to gain mass...maybe go TT Fullbody.

Im at 8% BF and I eat very clean.

Would love some help or recommendations on a plan to build muscle for next 8-10 weeks.

    Cheers in advance

Like I said Yday to you, engaging in exercise when dealing with a possible eating disorder is not for people here to advise you. One feeds the other so it would be both silly and dangerous to tell you how to exercise.

ED's are nearly always something you cannot just work past yourself. If you suspect you have one, please please go to a professional (GP or otherwise).

    Thread locked.

    All the best OP
