2nd Input dropping out on Sky+ Box

    I've had this issue for a few months now.
    The "no satellite signal is being received" will show up on some but not all of the channels.
    The signal strength bar will be 90% for Input 1 but show nothing on Input 2.
    I checked all the leads & connections but still no joy.
    As a last resort I turned off the box at the mains. left it for a few minutes, then switched it back on.
    Hey presto, the 2nd input appears again at nearly full bar.
    Everything is fine for about a week then the problem repeats itself.

    Seems to me like a dodgy box, anyone have any similar experience ?.

    the second imput is usually a little bit less signal try swopping the cables at the back of the box for a few days to see if it still happens
