    Hi,

I just did a run this morning. Its a lovely warm sunny day (13 degrees). I ran 13k in 65 mins on hilly terain. I drank a pint of water before bed and had another pint of water before running. Problem is I dont sweat. Apart from a little perspiration in the armpits (nothing you wouldn't see in an office) I was dry as a bone during and after the run. But when I run, my face turns beetroot - really dark red. I think this has to be related to not sweating. Should this be a cause for concern?

Sorry ayeboy, I have to close this thread, as we don't give medical advice. Your best bet to allay any concerns is to see a doctor first. <mod>
