    Hi there,,

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get edamame beans. Im trying to create some wholesome "spring" inspired salads but I cant get my hands on them anywhere. Frozen or fresh is fine?

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

A friend of mine picked some up in the Oriental Emporium on Abbey Street. And as far as I know there's somewhere in Smithfield taht you can get them. That's probably not much help OP if you are in Kildare:(

Check the freezer of your local Chinese supermarket.
