cro filing fees

    Hi guys

    Im a small ltd company in constructionand my anual returns have just
    been done by my accountant.
    I also recieved a bill for the year,and he wants a cheque for 370 euro
    for late filing fees to the cro

    Now im wondering is this a standard fee or am i been charged for been late with my returns,should i pay it ,or should my accountant be liable for this

    im not sure, i would of thaught thats what i pay an acountant for !!
