Critique my training/ diet

    my gym routine consists of
    -20 mins on treadmill running and walking
    -stretches
    -2xsets of 15 sit ups
    -2x plank holding for 20 seconds
    -4kg dumbells 3 sets of 10(biceps)
    -lat pulldown machine 20kg 3x sets of 10
    -chest press 10kg 3x sets of 10
    -tricep pushdown 10 kg 3x ten reps
    -shoulder press 2.5kg(the lightest one cos il gain muscle there otherwise im told) 3x10 also
    -leg press 30kg 3x10reps
    crosstrainer for 10 mins on level 6
    -5 mins on bike to warm down.
    total 1 hour workout

    still havnt lost much weight as id like

    i go to the gym 3 times a week

    im 6o kg and 5ft 5
    22 yrs old and female

    weigh between 58-60kg
    i am 5ft 5
    breakfast-cereal tea toast -had a smoothie this morning instead thinking it would be healthier, i put one banana,one orange 3 strawberries and natural low fat yoghurt 2gether.
    lunch ( where i go wrong) i usually eat bread roll or sandwich with ham and lettuce,tomato etc (id be still hungry after a salad) have a cup of tea aswel

    dinner- salmon/steamed veg/ two mashed potatoes glass of water

    cup of tea and biscuit around 9pm

    I've my own business so i get home at 6 and have my dinner, go to gym for 8 or half 8pm
    im always starving after the gym!!

    well it was the instruuctor that told me that id start to build muscle on the part between my neck and shoulders if i did. which i dont really want(bit manly looking).
    anyway i cant even lift heavier anyway!!

    how long have you been doing this program and what was your starting weight?

    my starting weight was 58-60kg
    I havnt lost weight i dont think, iv toned up very slightly.
