ok then im just wondering if im missing much from m diet

ill try to keep this as brief as possible

i eat a lot of carbs ( its mostly a fiber related thing and the fact that im a pure gymaholic)

    so here goes nothin

    breakfast ever morning

    60-65g pinhead porridge soaked overnight
    1 cup water
    1 cup milk
about 15g chopped cashew nuts & a teaspoon of honey

cup of tea no sugar- drop of milk

    Lunch every day

2 slices irish pride hi fibre wholemeal bread
    butered with dairygold light
    50g chicken
    20g ham
    20g edam cheese
    half Chopped onion
    4 chopped mushrooms
about 4 heaped spoons of jalepeneo peppers

    dinner
    For meat its

    180-200g chicken 2 days
    140-150g salmon 2days
    180-200g sirlion steak ( fat trimmed) 2days
maybe prawns or turkey mince of the 7th

anything fried cooked in 1 teaspoon olive oil

    carbs
    100g brown rice
    100g brown pasta
    300g potato

veg theres always 3 big portions to include
    brocolli
    peas
    carrots
    parsnips
    courgette
    peppers
    green beans
    tins of tomatoes
    scallions
    cabbage sometimes
    mushrooms
    onions

also i always use fresh ginger & garlic & spices & herbs

    evening meal
    60-65g all bran
    180-200ml lowfat milk
    half a banana
2 squares dark choc (either 70 or 85%)

    snack
some crackers /oat cakes rice cakes with peanut butter
I drink 6 mugs of tea a day...no sugar and a small drop of milk
1.5 l of robinsons fruit & barley mixed with water

    i also take multivitamins :)

all the things that are high in fiber i must eat ( doctors orders)

    Im in the gym

Light cardio 6 days per week -30-45 mins usually burn about 275-300 kcal
Weight training 3 days per week- 45 mins
    Abs 2 days- 45 mins

so is there anything im missing in the line of vitamins or any other important things??? oh and by the way im 138lbs & 5''10
& im not looking to lose weight :D

One small thing I would remove is the Dairygold Light. It's one of those products that is mostly vegetable oil, right? Real butter is better for you.

Also in the evening, maybe you already do this, but try to prioritise leafy green veg so that you have it every day and have a big portion of it. Spinach is a nice one that isn't already on your list but broccoli and cabbage are also good!

Nothing (except the Dairygold) jumps out at me. I'm assuming you are generally active as well as a regular in the gym?

    emmm good fats anyone??
I know you are having fish but get in some fish oil supplement, drink full fat milk

Maybe have a little coconut milk with the all bran in the evening for some good medium chain fatty acids?? (personally i would change the all bran to maybe muesli from the POV that muesli will have fiber too and that all bran is more like a brillo pad to your stomach!!)

didnt realise it was that bad?.....well my cardio in the gym is usually a 10k cycle or 4k jog...i ensure that 6 days per week along with my 3 days of weights & 2 days abs..also i do karate on a friday...and when the weather is better i play basketball too :)

I have no problem trying coconut milk...the tinned stuff i assume???.. as for the all bran id prefer muesli but it was a specific docs order though and tbh its one of the things that made all my ''bowel issues'' disappear

Thanks for all the tips guys :D
