I've been re watching our great show over last few weeks and noticed something that I hadn't thought about before.
Does Omar kill his second boyfriend at the end of Season 3 to protect him and Brother Mouzone over Stringers murder? You never actually see it occur so I'm wondering did I understand the implication correct? (as the Baltimore people would say :D)

I doubt it. I've always suspected that Omar just dumped him. In the first season, Omar's boyfriend went through torture and died rather than give up where Omar was. Dante however, after Brother Mouzone captured him, gave up Omar after what seemed like being punched a few times. Even though for all Dante knew, Mouzone could have been planning to kill Omar. Kind of says a lot about their relationship.

I'm pretty sure thats the implication yeah. When Mouzzone (who is the worst character in the show IMO)
takes Omar to the motel where they're holding the guy, he says to Omar, "I trust you'll take care of this" or words to that effect? The boyfriend also looks at Omar guiltily and says something like "I held out for as lonf as I could" or words to that effect. We never see this guy again and there had been intimations that Omar wasnt totally trusting of him in "combat" situations preivously also..he was complaining about not being more directly involved I seem to recall.

    When brother mouzzone said
I trust you'll take care of this di he hand omar a bag. Perhaps I'm wide of the mark but I thought he asked omar to get rid of whatever was in the bag
