    say in a job interview or to get the cops off my back or whatever

    to what degree do i have to 'know' someone-how does this work? do i have to marry in their family? bribe them?

    Being with people 24/7! Let me explain ...

    There was a tour group of us going on an educational trip abroad (all ages 18 up to 60's) but there was a mix up with the booking. Instead of 70 people being booked on a flight just 7 were booked. Pandemonium!! The flight was supposed to be going to London from Cork and onward to Asia. As I was a teacher I was given charge of 20 people, (the rest departed from Cork next day) a bus was booked to go to Shannon, and we all took a flight to London from there. I had to keep counting and keep in contact with them as I didn't know them!! When we landed in Heathrow I went to the hotel desk and book 11 room rooms with my charges following me. It was hassle for me but the 20 with me loved it. We found the hotel, and bonded in the bar. We were all firm friends by the end of the night and we had a terrific trip.
