Just had an operation and was perscribed tramadol for pain relief. I think I'm in love with this stuff. Its like floating on a cotton wool cloud. The house could be on fire and it would only mildly concern me. Whats the best pharmaceutical buzz you've had.

Rules of drug discussion kinda prohibit recommending prescription drugs based on a high etc.
