A plumber usually charges between 200-350 to change a basin and toilet so taking it out counts as the same.

    The price seems ok

However i have a theory..... Not all plumbers can do basic tiling but all tilers can do basic plumbing. It make work out cheaper if you get a tiler to do it and will be a better job.
