when we pay bin charges we pay a fixed amount per year and on top of that we buy a tag each month. i've already claimed for all the tags for 2010. can i also claim the yearly amount once i get receipt from the coco? thanks

In 2010 , you can claim a maximum of € 400 in total , between fixed amount and tags .

Also, the credit is claimed in arrears, so strictly speaking the amount you claim this year should be based on what you paid in 2010, and you'll claim next year for this year's fixed charge.
