Bit of a silly question, i went on holiday last week (all booked and paid for before I lost my job) and came back on Saturday
I'm on benefit and I filled out a UP30 and handed it in as required.

Just wondering, do I have to go to welfare again on monday to say I'm back? Someone mentioned to me that I have to sign on as soon as I get back just to prove I'm back.

I know it's a bit of a silly question, it's just I don't want to go up and queue for an hour if i don't have to

Yes you have to let them know you are back for payment to start issuing again.
