    Hey Guys,

I'm looking for something similar in Dublin 3. I had a quick flick through the boxing classes thread above and couldn't see anything.

I'd love to join a club that takes beginner adults. I want to get fit, trim down on fat and build up some muscle mass. I'm 28, so not quite over the hill but haven't been doing a hell of a lot fitness-wise. I'd like to be fairly dedicated (train 2-3 times a week).

I'd also be interested in Boxing Fitness classes to build my fitness from there if need be.

Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
