    Serie A
    19:45 GMT, April 2, 2011
    Giuseppe Meazza

Big game, deserves a match thread I reckon.

Top of the table clash in a very exciting title race. No Zlatan for Milan who is suspended. Personally, I'd love to see one of Napoli or Udinese win it so I'd like to see a draw tonight. Top of the league is as follows:

    1. Milan .......... 62
    2. Inter .......... 60
    3. Napoli ......... 59
    4. Udinese ...... 56
    5. Lazio .......... 54

Napoli also take on Lazio tomorrow which will also have repercussions on the title race.

Can't see Napoli staying the pace, though they're a great attacking team.

If Inter win this Milan will crumble I think, they've totally blown it the last few weeks. They're over-reliance on Ibra is hurting them badly now.

Best team to watch IMO this season have been Udinese the few times I've seen them.

    Forza Inter.

If Inter win this (which I think they will), the title is theirs IMO.

Zlatan is a huge loss for Milan.

Big game tonight, potentially the title could be decided. If Milan win its over IMO. A draw or win for Inter and it remains an open race.

Think we'll do it, have a little too much for Milan in midfield. Ibra is a big loss for them up front, no height in their forwards without him.

    I'm going for 3-1 Inter.

    Forza Inter!

Home advantage could be key here for Milan.

    Oh.

Potentially it could, usually doesn't help though.

Ignoring the fact it was a joke, because it was a crap one.

    :pac:

Should be a good game, at least there will be a few decent streams around with it being on ESPN.

I fancy inter to shade this one, i expect them to be too strong for ac in the midfield, will catch the end of it after the rugby:cool:

They are the home team and have more fans, which potentially could help. His joke was poor too.

Getting shot down for speaking the truth.

I've only just realised how many defenders Inter are missing.

Samuel is injured, Lucio is suspended, Chivu and Ranocchia are doubts. Matrix?

    Relax lad.

In the last 23 meetings including CL matches the stats are,

    Home wins - 11
    Away wins - 9
    Draws - 3

So not that much of an advantage.

I'd love to see Udinese win the league purely because they play all out attack but i think Inter will scrape tbh. It's a real shame because if Napoli or Udinese won it then I think the Serie A would only get stronger and it's a good league to watch despite what people say.

I am expecting Milan to get a draw at best. They could get a hiding.

I hope for a draw, would like to see Napoli push for the title.

    Line ups are:

Milan: Abbiati; Abate, Nesta, Thiago Silva, Zambrotta; Gattuso, Van Bommel, Seedorf; Boateng; Pato, Robinho

Inter: Julio Cesar; Maicon, Ranocchia, Chivu, Zanetti; Thiago Motta, Cambiasso; Sneijder; Pandev, Eto’o, Pazzini

I'm glad Chivu and Ranocchia are back from the knocks they picked up, I would have been very worried with both Cordoba and Materazzi i defence. I think it will be a close game, 2-1 either way, hopefully an Inter win.

Pazzini's first Milan derby? I fancy him to score tonight.

I'm as relaxed as an Interista can be 45 mins before a derby.

Which is precisely what I said to you in my first post.

Get Maicon off and put Nagatomo on at half time, Maicon is a liability.

    How did Eto'o miss that.

Anyone see a proper replay of the shot? Was it over the line?

He's so wasteful with the ball though.

Merkel on after 60 minutes, put him behind the front two and drop KPB back to the middle.
