NCT visual retest

Hi All, Just a quick question. Car failed on front tints so its just free visual retest. Going to remove them later today. For the retest, do I simply just go upto the centre into reception, do I call them or do I drive around to the "queue" to get in? Thanks

Had a visual once for a dodgy tyre. I just called into reception and gave my details and waited outside beside the car. A guy came out and had a look then issued the cert.
