Hennessy Hair Supplies in the City Center by the side of the GPO is worth taking a look in.

It's pretty much impossible to get good unnatural coloured dye in Ireland. I've tried a load of them and the best brand I've found is Special Effects. At the moment my hair is blue, I used a mix of the Blue Velvet and Fishbowl dyes. They last at least 6 weeks, more if you take special precautions like washing your hair infrequently and in cold water and avoiding harsh shampoos.

I bought mine from here. Also you're going to need your hair to be a light brown or blonde for blue dye to take, depending on how vibrant you'd like it to be. If you're bleaching your hair you'll need to tone it to take out the yellow, otherwise your hair will turn green when you put the blue in. I'd recommend this for toning
