I'm looking at getting a bill pay phone with vodafone.

For the proof of address, I heard that a current certificate of car insurance is an acceptable form of proof.

    Is this true?

I don't want to waste my time going in if they're going to say no to me.

If it's less than 3 months, yes. Otherwise, no.
