Apparently it's on a banned substance list for horses, but i can't find anything about humans.

Can somebody who knows about this kind of crap advise?

AFAIK the reason it's banned is cos if you rub it into their balls, they'll fun a bit faster.

So unless you plan on molesting yourself, you should be ok.

I can imagine, if you ever use deep heat make sure to wash your hands before going for a piss!

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsaicin#Equestrian_sports
Capsaicin is a banned substance in equestrian sports because of its hypersensitizing and pain relieving properties. At the show jumping events of the 2008 Summer Olympics, four horses tested positive for the substance, which resulted in disqualification

Do you guys know how hot this stuff is?

Basically your average standard Chilli comes in at what under 50,000 on the scoville heat index, this is for hot Cayenne Pepper. A Jalapeno is under 8,000.

Full grade pepper spray is about 5,000,000 and this stuff is over 3 times hotter.

Inhale this and it's a problem - I'd imagine very little is used in diet pills - seriously 500mg of this may be obvious on the way out!:D

I pity the horse that has this stuff rubbed into it's nuts.

Horses have chunks of ginger put into their arses to make them eh... perform at stud farms apparently.

So, I wouldn't be surprised that they do this kind of thing to them either

15,000,000 on the scoville is for pure capsicin
But its in all chillis, everything from jalepenos to ghost chillis are hot becasue of capsicin,

It's in pain relief cream which is what I imagine is being rubbed on the horses

This is only banned in horses because of the rather cruel practice of rubbing it into their front legs so that if they brush off a show jumping pole they feel pain. The idea is that they will learn from this and try to jump higher and be more careful in competition.

Most responsible horse owners use it as in the same way people use deep heat ie. to relieve tired and swore muscles.

Unfortunately there is a blanket ban on it in show jumping because of some unscrupulous trainers.

I don's see any reason for it to be banned in people.
