an online bingo site (with a twist) like www.bingo.ie (I think you need to sign in to bring up the actual bingo client)?

The only thing I dont need is the actual numbers to be drawn as it would be done manually so would one someone be able to develop most features and leave some up for alteration?

Any idea of cost for this? Thanks

It depends on the requirements you want for your bingo site. It really isn't that simple. Could be anything between €1000 to €100 000 depending on exact requirements and what development company you go with.

just curious but why would you be drawing the numbers manually ?

Would you not let a random number generator do that ?
