Oat Milk

    Did someone here say they make their own oat milk?
    If so could you post the recipe please. Or if anyone knows a good recipe I would be very greatful.

    I just make one for cooking with. It tastes quite different than the one you buy.

    Try 1 cup porridge oats, 2 cups filtered water, pinch of salt, mix, leave for about 10/20 mins, mix again (or as much as you like!), then sieve.

    I've read various ways of making it on the net including heating the mixture. I have found it gets thick and gloopy too quickly that way though! I just do the above when using the milk for cooking with. Let me know if you make changes and get better results ;)
