Hotel Elektor is right beside the main square - 3 Star Hotel - I stayed there about three years ago, hotel was basic but clean and staff very nice - perfect location.

Hotel Amadeus. Just around the corner from the main square so as central as you can get.

The amadeus is ok. We booked an apartment though, much cheaper and 1 minute to the square. We stayed on Slawkowska street and booked through www.apartmentsapart.com lovely apartment and everything nearby the apartment was cheaper than hotels and loads of places to eat etc cheaply. pm if you need any info. Krakow is a great place and you can walk everywhere easily. Enjoy your time there.
