    Hi,
I've been asked to take look at a pressurisation unit for a large heating system. This particular model is a Flamco Flexfiller 225D Dual Pump with two expansion tanks.

The power side of everything seems ok but the display constantly reads ERR. 1. I've searched everywhere for a manual online and even tried contacting flamco. I'm sure it wouldn't be impossible to fix if I could just figure out what the error code means.

I've tried doing a reset by holding the reset button for 5 seconds but it comes back with the same error code. Any help would be great.

It's been a couple of years since I've been near one of those units and the error code is certainly familiar. Is it a black unit with a digital read out near the top?

It is yeah. I've gotten a manual off of flamco at last. They say its either no pressure or a part is gone faulty. I'd say the pressure is ok because the heating wouldn't be working if there was no pressure at all.

So it must be the part. I've been ringing around for hours about the part, Flamco actually gave me a part number and all but still nobody seems to know about it, even the original manufacturer of the part. Any help would be appreciated.

The part they think is gone is a Danfoss 0-5v Transducer. Do you think another trandsducer would work or would it need to be a Danfoss one in particular?
