Òn the street outside is Free after 7pm, €1.60 per hour before. That's Sheriff St., Castleforbes Rd, Wapping St., North Wall Qy. Also free on both Saturday and Sunday.

By contrast most of the carparks charge €8-10 for the same thing and are almost always full. People are such sheep.
