    hi,
i'm a 28 year old male who's been travelling for almost a year without doing any training (6ft 11.5 st). i'm heading home in a month or so and am looking forward to getting back on the treadmill. before travelling i was running 10k in 38mins +/- 30 secs depending on the day 4 to 5 days a week. ran half marathon before i left in 1.28.
was curious as to know if anyone has been in a similar position and how long before i could hope to getting back to a similar level of fitness. (i realise this question is relative to the individual but any feedback/advice would be welcome)
