1st time HTPC - Xtreamer Ultra??

Hi guys im just looking for opinions

I use my xbox for watching movies on my main screen in the sitting room but i am moving the xbox back upstairs so i can play more. So this means ill be replacing the xbox with a media player/ HTPC

I was contemplating the new Xtreamer Ultra with windows 7 and XMBC, i think this would suit my needs, all i want is something to watch movies on, play music at parties and the odd bit of internet, im sure the Ultra would be capable of that??

What are peoples opinions on my choice?? I am not really looking to build as i have a main Pc allready.

Im much the same been looking for a HTPC and wondering to build or get something like the ultra.
The only put off for me about the Ultra is its going to cost
249 + 35 shipping so 284
and with VAT approx 344 (correct me if im wrong in my assumptions)

With that price i thought there was some cheaper alternatives around like the revo 3700, but im interested in hearing other peoples opinions too because i do like the look of the Ultra

You'd build/buy a fine HTPC for 344 anyway...
