Does anyone know who in Cork would replace an Nvidia BGA IC on a laptop motherboard ? Usual story with nVidia overheating. Not willing to buy a new laptop. The IC is a large BGA type and needs special equipment to replace. The one in the link is an improved type and should solve the design issue.…
