    I recently started cycling to work for the extra cardio. 90 miles a week is a welcome addition.

    However, I am now facing the problem of when to work legs. I have a gym in work and workout every lunchtime so I need to figure out when to work legs.

    Do I just need to man up and face the fact that a couple of days per week I'm gonna have sore legs on the cycle?

    All suggestions welcome!

    Yeah I was thinking that, I was just wondering if anybody had any other suggestions or if anybody else is in the same position

    If your bike has a range of gears, when cycling to work etc just keep the gears lower and let the legs spin over easy if you find it draining when training legs too. \Your body will adapt with that mileage very quickly and your training should be able to go on as normal after a quick transition period
