hi folks finally starting to get the weight and fitness under control thanks to help in previous threads.. current (i wont say diet but) food...

Pasta with passatta (squeezed pressed Tomatoes) and basil sauce with some skinless boiled or grilled chicken
3 grilled diced sausages with pasta or rice
2 grilled pork chops with 2 boiled potatoes and carrots
3 above are rotated each day..

    evening tea 5pm
1 no banana with pot of natural yogurt.

after i return from gym or run or training normal have bowl of homemade soup or an apple a banana and an pear or an orange

I normally drink 4-5 L of water a day and exercise at least 45mins per day!!

    any hints tips or advice!!

Porridge is fine, Special K is processed, high sugar rubbish. Why are you eating two breakfasts? The whole "Six meals a day" thing has been discredited unless you are actively bulking.

Lunch is good, except for the lack of green vegetables. You need lots of those. If you are cutting, keep your portions of pasta and rice small, and your portions of veg big.

You don't seem to have a proper dinner in the evening. Eat some form of protein after the gym.

If you are lifting weights, then a whey shake should help without keeping you awake.

That's some weight loss. Well done you!

Veggies, veggies, veggies all the way, and you most certainly can't go wrong with spinach. Unbelievably good for you! Fresh beetroot is a great way to go to. It'll turn your wee and poo purple, but the health benefits will make that irrelevant!

Not raw eggs, they are not as bioavailable as cooked. And post workout, I'd go for egg whites rather than whole eggs. What about a bit of cottage cheese?
