I've had a persistent knee problem which has seriously impaired my ability to exercise on a consistent basis. I've gained weight the past year , had usually controlled it through exercise before my knee became a problem. I'm wondering anyone has experience with these and if they work?. Theyr'e frequently in the newspapers. I'm personally sceptical but if they did help it would be great.

    Kind regards
    F

Seriously doubt it. If any of these gimmicks actually worked everyone would have them.

If you can't excersise you'll simply have to eat less. Could you do upper body weight lifting?

No, do not go near the thing, a complete waste of money.

The fact it goes around your abdominal area would lead you to believe it will trim fat from the mid section. Spot fat removal is impossible, nothing will influence where fat is removed from the body first or last.

Get your diet sorted out first and foremost as that is the mot important thing.

As for exercise, can you swim? Very low impact on your body and certain strokes have virtually no impact on your knees.
