Can anyone explain to me what the TC do in return for the 90 euro per year we pay them?
I believe they receive around 7 million euro in subs every year, pay their boss a five figure salary and do what exactly?
Unbelievably they employ 30 people to do exactly what?
Now you might say well they protect our 'profession' and yet our late and great Aire Ms Coughlan decreed that people without teaching qualifications should be employed in our schools.
Employing her own renowned ingenuity she sort of made up a 'FAS' scheme whereby anyone could get on the job training in a classroom and not have to be paid...........so therefore you cut the Education budget!
Now I have also found out that if you don't pay the sub there's nothing the TC can do about it, apart from threaten to have you removed from the Dept payroll..........yes I said threaten since you WILL NOT be docked your pay since it's sort of unconstitutional!
