Is there an Bulkprotein or myprotein equivalent of USN Pure Protein IGF-1

Been using it as a morning - pre commute and if peckish a pre bed shake and find it really good for the full lasting feeling instead of Whey Protein Concentrate 82% which I now just use pre and post workout. Essentially Im looking for a cheaper slower digesting protein shake

yeah, I was only saying that last week.
If it had ANY IGF in it at all, it would be in the hundreths of 1%, like 0.01%.
Disgraceful naming and labelling!

That said, when you look at the protein you were getting, it wasnt a bad deal for 32 euro per tub, but noe that they have put the price back up to 52 euro, its not worth that sort of wonga

Ah right , im happy enough with my pre and post workout whey , its only about 50 eur incl delivery for 5kgs from bulkprotein powders

but advantage of the expensive USN one is its slower digesting , got a blend of whey, caesin and soya , so looking for a similar product just cheaper

Cottage Cheese mixed with berries for an excellent slow release casin protein. Mix in some whey powder if you want a mix of whey and casin Perfect for pre commute or before bed

Thanks for that , ill give it a go for a change

have been meaning to make some choc pudding with caesin also , apparently ya just need milk , pudding mix and powder , blend and stick in fridge and its a choc moose thing
