love to take part (subject to date/location/time) - eh, not as a blushing bride (never thought the frocks looked good on me :D) but as an additional photographer. I'll keep an eye to the thread to see what comes of it.

Depending on times and location, I might tag along :)

Same here. Depending on time and location. I will volunteer for any of the jobs. Would be great experience for a novice/hobby photographer.

I have done a few of these, I had Dodgykeeper shoot one for my anniversary and from the photographer and the modelaspect I have to say they are heaps of fun. I like to do some quirky things when doing them if possible, jumping, running, arguing, hitchhiking.

Heres a couple of ones I shot

    And thanks to dodgy

I HIGHLY recommend it to all of my clients, I enjoyed my shoot more than I enjoyed my wedding photos and it is my trash the dress shots that are featured in my house more than the weddings, my hubbie calls them the real wedding photos. Photography wise, you need to enjoy it, you need to help your models relax and not worry about people looking at them or whatever, and I think the quirky fun things like hitch hiking really get them out of their shell and help them enjoy it more!

my friend had some done when she got divorced, tore up the dress eventually, very cathartic i expect! i have a tall friend who has offered to model, and i have two bridesmaid dresses i dont want anymore, so even using them might be a bit of practice. will keep checking in to see if we can get this off the ground anyway.:D
