ELF delivery

    I ordered a few bits from eyes lips face 3 weeks ago and theres still no sign of my delivery?

    From what I read on here, most people seem to get theirs approx 5 working days after their dispatch email. Just got the standard postage.

    Has anyone else waited this long?
    Who should I ask/complain about this to?

    I ordered on Friday night 2 weeks ago, dispatched on Tuesday and got it on last Thursday.
    You should email the customer service first it's sales@eyeslipsface.co.uk , and maybe see with AnPost then.
    The customer service is good, I had a product which was damaged, I emailed them and they replied quickly telling me I'll have a refund or replacement on it!

    have contacted the customer service last week and again today (no reply from today yet). Also contacted Royal Mail on twitter, who said they can't really do anything without a tracking number, and have phoned my local an post sorting office but its not there.

    :(

    I ordered on the 16th, and it only came today. Much slower than previous orders.

    I put in an order a few days ago and it came today! I've never had a problem with them before, I'm not what you can do only keep sending them emails really. You could see do they have a contact number but it might be expensive to ring and only waste more of your money.

    I really hope it gets sorted for you.

    tomorrow is the 14th working day since dispatch..

    Got a reply email today saying that instead of the 7-14 working days stated on the website, it may take up to 25 working days, and basically they won't do anything until then?!

    Is this right / can I do anything?

    Possibly one of your items was overordered and they are waiting on stock? Don't think there is anything you can do - you could ask for a refund, given there is a breach of agreed terms, but you can't make them ship faster, if they don't have the item. I don't think. Maybe check in Consumer Issues?

    Emailing them is no use because it takes them 24hours to reply, but I can't find a contact number on the website :(

    Oh sorry, I missed the part where you got a dispatch notice... though given the delay I'm not sure how legit their dispatch notices are anyway. If my order was dispatched 3 hours after I ordered it on the 16th, it seems odd that it would take, from the UK, 12 calendar days to arrive by post on the 28th. It may have been packed and prepared on the 16th but in the postal system? I have doubts.

    Can't afford to buy a mac makeup brush, and won't reorder from elf out of principal!!

    I ordered a few bits from elf last Friday and received my package today, was very impressed by how quick it came. Did u get the text message from them saying ur package was dispatched? I know there is an option where u can opt out of this, but if u agreed and got the text then maybe it was lost in the post?

    Yep got that email on the 9th (3 weeks ago tomorrow)

    The thing is I know it must be lost, but ii can't do anything about it until the 25th working day (2 weeks)

    Il probably just reorder :(
