First off - I want to state that I have no affiliation with AgiLloyd and have nothing to gain by promoting their products.

I am wondering if anyone used there products and had any experiences. They are not cheap but we have used there Beef Suckler Cow LiquiThrive and ScourGard products for the first time this year.

Maybe its just a lucky streak but so far this year we have not had to assist one cow with calving and all calves were quickly on their feet and sucking without any human help - that includes 2 sets of twins. Also no problem with cows cleaning and no scour so far. We have a small herd of cows (<30) with two thirds calved more than a month so maybe its just being lucky but neither I nor the old man can remember such a trouble free calving period. Now I now there can always be trouble so I'm not counting my chickens but I'm just wondering if anyone uses these products and can comment ?

sales guy called round last year but i didnt buy off him, for one thing he barely knew the difference between a cow and a bull , also i didnt know him and felt he was a bit pushy so cleared him

Actually it was the sales guy that swung it for us, he was very knowledgable without being pushy. He had called once or twice before but we didn't have the time to talk and asked him to call back. Normally we would never buy from a 'travelling sales man', had some bad experiences before.
