Off Season Training

As our Rugby season is now over until the end of July, I'm looking to put together an off season routine. I play in the center. My current routine is as follows:

    Sunday: Back and Biceps
Monday: Rest (want to do some fitness)
    Tuesday: Chest and Triceps
Wednesday: Rest (want to do some fitness)
    Thursday: Legs and Shoulders
    Friday: Rest
    Saturday: Rest

I am happy with my weightlifting routine, and I might go back to starting strength at the end of May.

I want to put together some kind of fitness training for Monday and Wednesday evenings. There is a GAA and a soccer pitch close to my house, so I was thinking of going over there and doing some jogging/sprinting to keep my fitness levels up. I might even go training with the teams if it suits.

Has anyone got some ideas on what fitness routines I could do?
