My 01 Almera failed its NCT yesterday. :mad:

A few minor issues that cant be sorted fairly easily.

But one of the issues i feel is major.

Description: primary structure corrosion Reason: main structural Mmbr

My knowledge of cars is limited and that sounds like a major job.

The funny thing is that i had it serviced and a pre NCT check last week and none of this was noticed!

It depends. Take it to a body shop and get a quote, then take it to another shop and get a quote.

Needs to be welded? Got a mate with a 02 almera had to be welded aswell.
