Grand Megane owners!

I picked up my new Grand megane during the week. Loving it so far but have one little niggle that I'm wondering about!

The unit that the rear view mirror is on seems to have a gap between it and the roof material and I can see a wire coming from the rear view mirror and going through into the roof. I'm wondering if this is the same for all the Meganes or if some sort of cover is missing from my car?

    Thanks in advance,

    Grudle

Mine is not like that. I'd take it to the dealer and get them to fix it.

That is most likely the cable for the auto dimming rear view mirror.

Is it hanging down or did you just notice it running from the windscreen into the roof lining? It is not standard, only on Dynamique or higher models.

Mine is the dynamique but it does not have any cable like that.

    It's running along the lining.

Checked with the dealer and the show car and a few others were the same. I'd say it was just overlooked by the designers

It is 3.5m to 2 phono (red / white) under the ash tray.

How are you finding the car other than that.

Yeah I know what you mean. Its great to have a clean back seat as opposed to the mess my old car was. I am starting to see loads of them around now. How are you getting on with all the steering wheel controls.

Some are similar to megane but switching from mw to fm and then to cd Im still confused!! finding it easier to just use main controls.
We have 2 phones conected up to bluetooth but can only get it to connect to one automatically .It will connect to other but only when asked. Im normally driving by the time I realise its not connected:confused: Still working things out and finding new things all the time

CD to radio to aux is the 2 buttons on top of the stalk, to connect 2 phones press the bluetooth button on the stereo and programme in the other phone that way, then both will connect. The fuel and mileage trip computer is on the outside of the wiper controls.

Also there is another button behind the stalk that rolls up or down and pushes in as well.
