    Hi all,
I am applying masters in UK. I have heard many times that if the course you are applying for is not available in Ireland that you can get the college grant from the Irish government to study in the UK. Sadly the people I have this from are not the decision makers!!
Could anyone tell me if this is true?
    Thanks.

I haven't heard of it but it may well be true. Have you asked your council or VEC? Usually the forms say an approved course at an approved college and there are no colleges outside the island of Ireland on that list so I'd be interested to know!
