Feeling slow and heavy legs from squats/leg work

Hurling goalkeeper here. For the last few months I have been doing a lot of leg work in the gym, squats, lunges, step ups, split squats ect. The strength in my legs (and whole body) has improved dramatically.
However I feel now as the ground is getting harder in the field, I am actually a little slower and less agile than this time last year. I have been doing plyometrics as a warm up and stretching fairly regularly also.
Any advice here on adjusting my weight program? I have been doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps squat on 80-90kg and have been box squatting 115kg for 4 sets of 4 every second week. Myself I weigh 81kg. Or possibly some agility drills to coincide with my goalkeeper training?
